- Additional persons will be charged with 15 Euro per person
- For single occupancy 10 Euro less will be charged
- For stays of more than 3 days, a reduction of 5% will be applied to the total price
- For stays of more than 7 days a reduction of 10% will be applied to the total price

- All prices here stated are per apartment and day, 10% VAT is included
- Tourist tax of 0.85€ per person and day is not included in price
- You can check in after 2.30 pm
- Please check out by 10 am
- We take cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
- Your reservation is valid once we’ve received the bank transfer of the deposit
- For cancellations made up to 22 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged
- For cancellations within 21 to 8 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total booking will be charged
- For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged
